Ana Marie Toledo-Grispo, 52 years old died peacefully at home with her family by her side on December 16th, 2023, after a short battle with cancer.

Ana was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1971 to Anthony Joseph Toledo and Ana Celia Toledo.  After graduating high school, Ana worked as an  administrative assistant in the Twin Towers in New York City, during which time she met her future husband, Michael Grispo, whom she married in 1999 and moved to Queens, NY to put down roots and have kids.  In 2015 Ana and her family relocated to Florida.  Ana and Mike worked  together many years at Transmasters Transmission where Mike was a mechanic and she an office manager.  Ana's dream was to one day own  this business and her dream came true in November 2022 when she and her husband purchased the business.  The business was very  successful in their first year as owners and she looked forward to celebrating the success on it's first year anniversary of November 2023.  Sadly,  Ana fell ill and passed away only a month after the one year anniversary of owning her own business.  Ana's husband and children plan to keep  her dream alive by continuing to run the business together.

Ana loved being able to make a difference in someone's life, even if it was only with a hug, a smile or a laugh.  She always made time for others.  She was a loving wife, mother and friend.  She was a light that shined very bright and touched many lives in her short time on earth.  Ana was  very strong in her faith and had no doubt that she was going to heaven when she left this earth.

Ana was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Joseph Toledo and mother, Ana Celia Toledo.

Ana is survived by her husband, Michael Grispo and her three children, Anthony Grispo, Tiana Grispo and Peter Grispo.

A memorial service and celebration of life for her beautiful soul will be held at a later time in March 2024.
