Andrew P Carr, 80 of Sebastian passed away on January 11, 2025 at Vero Beach Care Center. He was a very loving and caring person who would do anything for anyone.

He leaves behind his loving and caring wife, Anncarol Colan Carr; his best friend, Spunky the dog; his NY family Andrew Carr Jr and wife Pamela; 3 grandchildren, Alexis, Marie, Alex and Andrew; his daughter, Melissa and Jeff Rider; 2 grandchildren Ashley and Courtney; brother-in-law John Colan of FL; brother Thomas and Brenda Wood of FL, sister Barbara Carr and family of NY; sister Mary Carr and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; best friend Robert (Bob) and Maria Wood and family; his caring friends Judy Escher and Bob Betz; Mike and Darlene Beyer, Preston and Kay Vaughan, and many more friends in FL.

Preceded in death by his father John Carr and wife Edna; brother, Ed and his wife Judy Carr, sister, Margaret Carr, brother, Roger Carr, nephew, Ray Jr and a niece, Debbie.
