Ann V. Rousseau, 73, of Barefoot Bay, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2011 at Florida Hospital.
She was born April 19, 1937 in Arlington, VA and was a resident of Barefoot Bay for 30 years coming from Falls Church, VA.
Ann worked for the City of Sebastian as an Administrator for 20 plus years.
Survivors include her daughter Terri Norris of Annapolis, MD, son Dale Elam of Longwood, FL, two granddaughters, brother Cotton Via of Vienna, VA and sister Virginia Lay of Rapidan, VA.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2011 at 4:00pm at Seawinds Chapel. Calling hours from 2-4pm at Seawinds.
Memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River, 6230 77th Street, Vero Beach FL 32963.
Arrangements are under the direction of Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
