Obit: Ann Van Vooren

Ann Van Vooren, 71, of Barefoot Bay, FL died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at her home.

Mrs. Van Vooren was born August 24, 1940 in Queens, NY and moved to Barefoot Bay 21 years ago from Brentwood, NY.

She was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church in Micco, FL, as well as the Moose Lodge, Honor New York Club, Italian-American Club and the Square Dancing Club in Barefoot Bay, FL.

Survivors include her daughter Jacqueline Saunders of Whitestone, NY; son Robert Van Vooren, Jr. of Lititz, PA; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Van Vooren.

Services: The family will receive friends 4-7 PM, Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian, FL. Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Friday, May 25, 2012 at St. Lukes Catholic Church in Micco, FL.
