Obituary

Arlene R. Glashauser, 78, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2013 at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach, FL.

She was born in Bath, NY. and was the beloved daughter of Arleigh and Thelma Divens Robords.

Mrs. Glashauser owned and operated Goodies Galore, a candy and soda fountain shop, in Bath, NY. Arlene also worked many years as a tungsten puller for Westinghouse Electric also in Bath.

Mrs. Glashauser was very artistic and loved painting and cake decorating and she also enjoyed bowling and playing Golf.

She was of the Methodist Faith and was a member of the German Club, Mid-Atlantic Club, Red Hats and the Moose Lodge.

She leaves behind her husband of 43 years, A.J. Glashauser, Barefoot Bay, FL. , Daughters, Valerie Zeno and husband Len, Elgin, IL., Michelle Catona, Bloomfield, NJ., son, Peter LeGro and wife Sheree, Allons, TN, step-sons Gregory Glashauser and wife Sharon, Bath, NY, and Glenn Glashauser and wife Maryanna, Clay, NY., 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements entrusted to Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian, FL.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
