Arthur Mayer Colin, 71, of Sebastian, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. Arthur was born December 4, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to Sebastian 14 years ago from Long Island, NY. He was a pharmacist, a mason, and former cub scout. Arthur is survived by his wife of 28 years, Patricia Colin of Sebastian, daughter Elizabeth Ross of Tampa, FL, 2 sons Harley Colin of Jacksonville, FL, and Robert Colin of Jacksonville, FL, 3 grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Muriel Baker of Vero Beach, FL, and Norma Colin of Tamarac, FL. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at 1:00 with ceremony beginning at 2:30pm.
