Betty Amelia Geigle, 81, of Sebastian, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. Betty was born August 17, 1930 in Detroit, MI, and moved to Sebastian five months ago from Beaverton, OR. Betty was a homemaker and is survived by four sons, Lee Allen Boyer of Sebastian, FL, Chuck Boyer of Washington, DC, Gary Van Boyer of Davenport, FL, and Craig Steven Boyer of Vancouver, WA, step children Richard Boyer of Floral City, FL, Andra-Lee Adams of Lakeview, OR, and David Geigle of Medford, OR, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brothers Johnnie Wilhelmsen of Pinckney, MI and Ray Wilhelmsen of Troy, MI, sister Joann Young of Raymondville, TX, half brother Chris Wilhelmsen of Detroit, MI, and half sister Tina Wilhelmsen of Detroit. She was predeceased by husband Dalmer Geigle and son David John Barrette. No local services are planned, burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR.
