Billy G. Wilkerson, Jr., 79 of Melbourne, FL, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2018 at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, FL.

Billy proudly served in the United States Army as an aircraft mechanic.  He worked for Piper Aircraft and then continued his schooling to become an ordained minister and served as a Pastor, he later retired from ARC Washington County Inc, in Hagerstown, MD.

Billy graduated from Vero Beach High School and Palm Beach Atlantic College.  He obtained his Masters in Divinity/RE from South Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He is preceded in death by his son, Eric Stephen Wilkerson; parents, B.G. & Myrtle Wilkerson; and two sisters, Marion Stough and Betty Jean Dotson.  He is survived by his son, Hubert Alan Wilkerson; grandsons, Cody Alan Wilkerson and Casey Alexander Wilkerson; and former wife, Alice Bays.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
