Carolyn Ann Johnson 81, died suddenly on May 2, 2024 in Sebastian, Florida. She was the loving wife of Eugene (Gene) Johnson. They shared 61 wonderful years of marriage together. She was a resident of South County for 40 years before moving to Sebastian, Florida.

Born in Salisbury, Maryland.  She was the daughter of Mary and Lawrence Rowe. She graduated from Goldey-Beacom Business College in Wilmington, Delaware. She was a loving wife and mother for many years. When her children were grown she worked as a realtor for 15 years.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband, golfing with friends, and spending time with loved ones and friends at Galilee Beach Club. Most of all she enjoyed quality time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by husband Eugene Johnson, two daughters Laura Dority and Greta Brew, five grandchildren, Amanda Poppe and husband Evan Poppe, Adam Briggs and wife Jayme Briggs, Lacey Briggs, Laura Briggs, and Megan Dority, six great grandchildren, Caleb, Audrey, Asa, Alana, Samantha and Freya.

The celebration of life will be May 21, 2024 from 5-7 at Phil's Main Street Grille in Wakefield Rhode Island.
