Charles E Turner's Obituary
Charles E. Turner, 88, of Sebastian, FL died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL.
Mr. Turner was born in Greenfield, MA and moved to Sebastian 26 years ago from Swanzey, NH.
He had been a printer and proof reader for the Keene Evening Sentinel and worked as an auto-mechanic. He was a veteran of WW II, serving in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion of Sebastian.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years Flora Turner of Sebastian, FL; a daughter Candace Hague of Winchester, NH, three sons, Dean Turner of Swanzey, NH, Randall Turner of Swanzey, NH and Jon Turner of Vero Beach, FL, a step-daughter Gale Clark of Bradenton, FL, a step-son Francis Bishop of Vero Beach, FL; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718,Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
Service: No services are planned locally. A memorial service will take place in Swanzey at a later date.
