Charles F. Weekes, age 88 of Sebastian, Florida died Thursday evening at Sebastian Florida River Medical Center February 25, 2016 after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years Carol Mae Weekes (Babcock).
His sons, David Charles Weekes(Linda), Richland, WA; Alan Frank Weekes(Trish), Easley, SC, and Paul Edward Weekes(Brenda), Sebastian, Fl.
Mr. Weekes was born in Rochester, NY. He was a production engineer and retired from General Motors after 32 years. He was an avid sailor who enjoyed cruising with his fearless crewmate Carol on their sailboat Estrellita. He loved his family and spent a great deal of time with his son's families.

A Gathering for family and friends will be held 1:00 pm, Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 S Fleming St, Sebastian, FL with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel.
