Clare Bianchi Manning, 73, Sebastian FL, passed away on June 15, 2013 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.

Mrs. Manning was born April 22, 1940 in Philadelphia, PA.

Before retiring Mrs. Manning worked as a Reservationist for Amtrak.

She was a resident of Sebastian, FL, for 8 years coming from Bucks County, PA.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Michael J. Manning, Sebastian, FL., daughters, Clare Anderson, Willow Grove, PA., Regina Stanish, Philadelphia, PA., brother, Charles Bianchi, Wildwood, NJ., and 4 grandchildren.

She is predeceased by son Michael Manning Jr, and sister Regina Bianchi.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the Special Olympics, 1133 19th Street NW Washington, DC 20036.
