Clifford Quincy Hearl is rejoicing in heaven on the streets of gold, September 18, 2018, he gained his wings.  Quincy was born November 28, 1936, in Hemp Hill, WV.  His loving parents Fred Hearl and Margie Hearl, two siblings Gayle Hearl and Douglas Hearl.  Quincy is now reunited with his wife Betty Hearl of 63 years of marriage in the presences of the Lord.  He was a well respected man in both the community and by his friends and family.  A man of great stories and knowledge, he loved to garden and grow his tomatoes, and had people come from all over the state of Florida to see his set up.  He also was a die hard Yankee fan, and would never miss a game.  Quincy had a true appreciation for the outdoors, he loved to get up early and head to the inlet to fish with is grandsons, then come home and take a nap on the back porch.  He was a simple man and was a hard worker and above all absolutely devoted to his wife and family.  Quincy has 3 children, Fred, (Joeanne)  Cheryl ( Keith) and Kenny (Kathy).  He also was blessed with 7 grandchildren, Kristen, (Phil) Katie, Keith, Justin, Joshua, Jacob, and Casey.  Each and every grandchild has an imprint on their hearts that was left by their Poppy. Brayden, Braxton, and Laelyn, Quincy's 3 great grandchildren that would light up his eyes, and make any day brighter.
