Constance Connie Young Rasmussen, 77, of Sebastian, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at the Sebastian River Medical Center.
She was born April 21, 1934 in Burlington, VT and was a resident of Sebastian for 20 years coming from Georgia.
Constance was a homemaker, mother and was of the Catholic faith. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, VFW and the Elks Lodge.
Survivors include her son Michael Young; sisters Viola Goddette, Laurette Beaudette, Bertha Groff; brothers Howard Dubuque and Earl Dubuque and one granddaughter.
She is predeceased in death by husbands Al Young and Allen Rasmussen, daughter Pamela Lingeri; parents, Fred & Jennie Dubuque; brothers Preston and Fred Jr. Dubuque; sisters, Melda Lauricella and Marie Dubuque.
A service will be held at a later date in Vermont.
