David Michael Hand, age 60 of Sebastian, Fl., passed away Friday, August 17, 2012 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Fl.
He was born March 17, 1952 in Elberton, Georgia and had been a resident of Sebastian for 2 years, coming from Melbourne, FL.
He was a retired police officer for the Melbourne Police Department.
Mr. Hand is survived by; Daughters; Emily Kuss, MN., Erin Toro, Fl., Friend; Craig McCarty, Fl., Brother; Rowland Hand, Fl., and a sister; Coral, Grandchildren; Ellie Kuss, MN., Shaylah Toro and Jondel Toro, Fl.
A private family Memorial service will be held on Wednesday 22, 2012 at 2:00pm.
