Dean Manning Anderson, 88, passed away at his home in Sebastian, Florida on March 30, 2015. He was born on August 30, 1926, in Jamestown, N.Y. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manning and Carrie Anderson and his sister Donna Grant..
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945. He worked for 30 years at Watson Manufacturing Co.
He is survived by his wife Jean Thayer Anderson, 3 children, Judy Anderson, Jamestown, Donald Anderson (Bradley Swatt), Jamestown and Sebastian, Fla. and William Pevarnik (Shelley Holloway} Oklahoma City, OK . Five grandchildren, Jennifer Howe(Christopher), Katie Ireland (Jamie), Megan McKane, Shelby (Vince} Vaughn, and Kylie Pevarnik . Four great grandchildren, Jordan and Kelsey Moore, Lorelei Howe and Corinne Ireland.
Dean and his wife Jean were married for 64 years. They lived in Jamestown, NY and wintered in Sebastian, FL. Private services will be held in Jamestown NY and Vero Beach FL. They are members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Vero Beach. FL.
