Dorothy Dottie Medici, 86, of Sebastian, passed away on Wednesday, June15, 2011 at Palm Garden Nursing Home in Vero Beach. Dorothy was born on March 1, 1925, in Tulsa OK, and has lived in Sebastian for 35 years coming here from Syracuse, NY. Dorothy was a homemaker and is survived by her husband of 69 years, Albert Medici, daughter Sandra Bower of Grayson, GA, son Daniel Medici of Stone Mountain, GA, daughter Dossie Privett of Elberton, GA, son Jim Medici of Syracuse, NY, 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Irene Crutcher, sister Renee Rae Cupples, and son Joe Medici. A Memorial Celebration will be held at a later date in Sebastian.
