Mr. Simpkins was born on December 22, 1947 in Camden, NJ.
Edgar has been a resident of Sebastian, FL for 15 years coming from Delaware.
He was retired from Dupont, where he worked as an Electrician and was of Episcopal faith.
He is survived by his mother, Irene S. Simpkins, Sebastian, FL, daughter, Toni D. Bennett, NJ, son, Wade M. Simpkins, NJ, brother, John Simpkins, Delaware and 4 grandchildren.
