Edward Deering, 86, Palm Bay, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 15, 2026.

He was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Ed married Patricia O’Grady in 1965, and they shared more than 60 years of marriage. They lived in Elizabeth and Cranford, New Jersey before relocating to Palm Bay, Florida. Ed was a truck driver in New Jersey and also a successful entrepreneur both in New Jersey and Florida. Ed had a love of classic cars and enjoyed attending cars shows.

Ed is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia of Palm Bay; his two children Michelle (Tom) Deering-Herring of West Melbourne; Mark (Natasha) Deering of Palm Bay; and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Patrick Deering; sister, Patricia Wierzbinski and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, William and Emily Deering; his brothers, William Deering, Sr. and Robert Deering; nephew, William Deering Jr; and grandson, Brandon Vincent.

Per Ed’s wishes, there will be no services.
