Edwin H. Holt IV

July 19, 1940 - January 31, 2022

Edwin H. Holt IV, age 81, formerly of Fitchburg, MA and Barefoot Bay, FL, passed away January 31, 2022. He was born in Fitchburg, MA the son of Edwin H. Holt III and Livona (Irvine) Holt. He was a 1958 graduate of Fitchburg High School .

After High School he became a typesetter for 28 years first at Colonial Press and then Modern Printing. He also worked 15 years in Fitchburg City Hall in the Treasurer's office. He enjoyed living in Barefoot Bay, FL for 19 years. H is hobbies included fishing, bocce, shuffleboard, softball, cards, playing and coaching ice hockey. He was a proud member of t he Italian American Club and also loved going to lunch with the "ROMEOS."

He leaves his wife of 45 years Rosalie (Romano) Holt, son Edwin H. Holt V ; daughters Lori Diaz , husband Alfredo; Traci Weaver, husband Stephen; Michelle Freeman, husband Gary; Faithann Soucier, husband James; stepchildren Lucille Simotes, husband Anthony; Raymond Bedard and Joseph Bedard; nephew David Cutting; brother-in-law Michael Romano; sisters-in-law Mary McKinne y ; Jeanne Kershaw, husband Larry; many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephews and nieces whom he adored.

Mass will be held at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 5055 Micco Rd, Micco FL, February 15 at 11am

Burial at a later date in Massachusetts .
