Eleanor Alfonso Perrone, age 84, of Sebastian, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2022, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She is survived by her children: Josephine Perrone Baransky, Teresa Perrone Torsiello and husband, Benjamin, Nicholas Perrone and wife, Robin, and Ciro Perrone and wife, Christie. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Eleanor was born to Louis Alfonso Sr. and Teresa Lando on March 23,1938, in Jersey City, New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas Perrone, along with her four brothers: Joseph Alfonso, Louis Alfonso Jr., Francis Alfonso, and Gabriel Alfonso.
Eleanor was an extremely talented cook. A true master chef in the kitchen. She owned a pizzeria and managed a restaurant and catering business. She and her husband, volunteered for many years cooking breakfast at Saint Sebastian Catholic Church. She also volunteered her time in other areas of the church for many years. She loved to make elaborate handmade quilts and was a member of a local quilting club.

A visitation for friends and family will be held Wednesday, September 21st, from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 South Flemming Street, Sebastian, Florida 32958.
A Funeral Mass is to be held September 22nd, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Sebastian Catholic Church, 13075 US HWY 1, Sebastian, Florida 32958, followed by the entombment at Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street, S.E., Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
