On May 29, 2021 Ellen Holter Ramm went to be with her savior - passing peacefully in her sleep. She was 83 years old. Ellen was originally from Lock Haven, PA, where she raised her family and worked for Piper Aircraft.  She relocated to Florida in 1982 and worked in retail for more than twenty years.    Ellen was a long time member of TOPS, a regular at Koffee and Klatch, an active member of Vero Christian Church, and she was well loved by her many friends.  Ellen loved a good book.  She loved flowers, warm weather and Middleswarth potato chips! Her laugh was genuine and infectious.   She was a giver - so very kind – an example of what love really is supposed to be.  Ellen was the mother to four sons, grandmother of seven, great grandmother of fifteen and great-great grandmother to one! Despite the fact that her children and their families were spread over many states, she loved and made time for them all.  She always provided support and love for her family.

Ellen was predeceased by her parents, Calvin Holter and Mariam Yost Holter. She is survived by her four sons,  Steven (Laura) Rippey of Reidsville, NC; Trent Rippey of Vero Beach, FL; Brian(Gail) Rippey of West Lawn, PA and Brad (Gail) Rippey of Laurel, DE.  She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

There will be a Celebration of Life service for Ellen on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Vero Christian Church located at 3250 9 ^th Street SW (Oslo Road)  Vero Beach Fl 32968.
