Ethel Ella Bouley, 86, passed away on March 30, 2026. Ethel spent her early years traveling alongside her husband, Jimmy, during his career in the United States Air Force. Their journey eventually led them to Langley Air Force Base in Virginia, where they settled and built lasting roots. 

She began her own career with the commissary system and worked her way up to commissary management specialist. Ethel is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy; her two sons, Mike and Paul; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Moose Lodge in Sebastian, Florida. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
