Fay Hallene Kicia, 68, beloved Wife and Mother, from Sebastian, FL passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016.
Fay was originally from North Kingstown, R.I, a member of the 1965 High school graduating class. She was a Dental Hygienist until retiring after 32 years of practice. Fay was passionate about her patients and enjoyed working with special needs individuals.
During her lifetime Fay was a vivacious and free spirited individual, an avid golfer who also enjoyed fishing, playing cards, reading, live theater and above all else loved socializing with friends and family.
She believed strongly in the Golden Rule of life and lived that way daily. She was a straightforward lady with a positive and quick-witted approach in her everyday words and actions. Fay consistently prompted others to think for themselves and challenge the world around them. One of her favorite sayings "If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem," she emulated throughout her time. Her strong-minded style will not soon be forgotten for those who were fortunate enough to call her family or friend.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Robert Kicia, two daughters Erin (Kicia) Goheen & John, Michelle (Kicia) Fisher & Ryan. Final impression Mom would agree with and want each of her loved ones to know: "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."- (Dr. Seuss)
