Francis C. Russell, 86, Sebastian, FL, passed away June 28, 2013 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.
Mr. Russell was born November 11, 1926 in Plainfield, NJ.
He was a resident of Sebastian, FL, for 20 years coming from Cranford, NJ.
He was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church and the Elks Lodge of Sebastian.
Before retiring he was a plant manager and worked for PEM-ALL.
He served his country in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice Russell, Sebastian, FL., son, Bill Russell, Cranford, NJ., daughter, Cathy Dodd, Edmond, OK., and 4 grandchildren.
Mr. Russell is predeceased by daughter, Cindy Russell.
A Memorial service will be held at St. Sebastian Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 11:00 am, Sebastian, FL.
