Frank Locurto passed away suddenly on May 19, 2024 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Carol for 49 years. Formerly of Babylon, NY, he had been a resident of Sebastian for the past 26 years. He served in the US Navy and was a member of the American Legion and the Elks. He loved boating and fishing and having lots of laughs. He was known by his family as fun loving "Uncle Frankie".
