George Lee Stanfield, 70, of Micco, FL, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at home. George was born August 18, 1940 in Chicago, IL, and moved to Micco 38 years ago from Hawthorne, CA. He was a Viet Nam Army veteran, a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church, member of the Moose Lodge and Orioles Nest, and former owner of Bojos Bar and Grill in Micco. Survivors include his sons Denton J. Stanfield of Barefoot Bay, FL, and Scott Lee Stanfield of Del Aire, CA, and five grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife Ginny Stanfield.
A memorial mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 8:00 am at St Lukes Catholic Church in Micco..
