George "Bud" O'Neill, Jr., 85, passed away November 2, 2018 in Vero Beach, FL.  He was born in Pittsfield, MA, grew up in Lee, MA and lived in Stockbridge, MA for over 30 years.  Bud and his wife, Karen Rubyann O'Neill have lived in Florida for the last 20 years.  He and his wife would have been married 60 years in June 2019.  Bud was an Environmental Engineer for Mead Corp.  He survived in the 101 ^st Airborne in the U.S. Army and enjoyed driving his 1933 Ford will all the patriotic flags on it in parades.  George was past president of the Sebastian Museum and a member of the Water Commission in Stockbridge, MA.  Bud played hockey with the "Old Duffers", and coached the Bellefontaine Hockey Team in Lenox, MA.

Bud was predeceased by his son, Tommy.  He leaves behind his loving wife, Karen of 59 years; his sister, Margaret "Peggy" Westergard of KS; 2 children and 2 grandchildren in AZ; and 1 grandchild in CA.

There will be no formal funeral service.  He will be inurned in Stockbridge at a later date.
