Gerald R. Clark Sr. (Jerry) passed away peacefully at his home in Sebastian, Florida. He was born on September 26, 1939 at his home in West Jefferson, Ohio. He is predeceased by his parents Charles and Della Mae Clark and brother Tom Clark (Red Dog). Jerry has left behind his wife of 24 years, Karen Clark, brother John Clark and sister in laws Pam and Shirlene Clark. Also his 5 children, Jill, Gerald Jr., Susan, Rick, Terry and their spouses. Including his grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends and especially his dog Katie. Jerry will be remembered for his wonderful smile and great sense of humor. Rest in peace, will see you on the Golf Course in heaven.
