Gladys Schrader's Obituary
Gladys Schrader, 87, of Barefoot Bay, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL. She was born April 19, 1924 in Hoboken, NJ, and moved to Barefoot Bay 8 years ago from Lindenhurst, NY. Gladys worked as a clerk filist in the supermarket industry. She belonged to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Amityville, NY and Concordia Lutheran Church in Barefoot Bay.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Howard Schrader of Sebastian, daughter Susan Gilchrist of Sebastian, three grandchildren, and one great grandson.
No local services are planned. Interment will be in NY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
