Grace Funderburk Cowan, 94, passed away September 2, 2013, at her home.

Mrs. Cowan was born December 25, 1918, in Angelus, SC.

She was a resident of Sebastian, FL for 5 years coming from Macon, GA.

She was a member of Vineville Baptist Church in Macon.

She is survived by daughters Kay Clarke, Sebastian, FL and Jamie Lunsford (David), Fellsmere, FL., brother, Lyndell Funderburk (Fay), Dunnellon, FL.; grandchildren, Maj Melinda Mathis (Judson), Anchorage, AK., and Dr. Jon Sams (Meagan), San Antonio, TX, and 3 great- grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her husband, James Cowan, and daughter, Diane Sams.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Sunday, September 15, 2013 at United Church of Sebastian.
