Helen Koukal, 89, of Sebastian passed away on Sunday May 1, 2011 at her residence.
She was born November 29, 1921 in Dixonville, PA and was a resident of Sebastian for 3 years coming from Tonawanda, NY.
Helen was a homemaker and a member of the Red Hat Society.
Survivors include her caretakers, daughter Nancy Jackel and Bob Jackel of Sebastian, FL, daughter Barbara Privitera of Alexandria, VA, son Larry Koukal of Brattleboro, VT, five grandchildren, two great grandchilden, sisters Elizabeth Waleko of PA and Julie Frogge of OH.
Arrangements are under the direction of Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
