Helen M. Sterling, 84, of Sebastian, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2011, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL. Helen was born April 16, 1927, in Brooklyn, NY, and moved to Sebastian 26 years ago from Cornwall on the Hudson, NY. She was a medical records clerk at West Point Academy. Helen is survived by two daughters Alana Trout of TX and Sharon Hardison of FL, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her healthcare surrogates Denise lafortune and Jennifer Chester. She was predeceased by husband Lloyd Sterling and son Joseph Sterling. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
