Hilga Benjamin, age 92 of Sebastian, FL died Feb 15, 2012 at her home.
She was born in Beach Haven, NJ and was a resident of Sebastian for 15 years, coming from Palm Beach County, FL.
Hilga was a homemaker and also did sewing which included making costumes for plays at the Royal Poinciana Playhouse in Palm Beach, FL. She was a member of the Lakeside Methodist Church in Lake Worth, FL before transferring membership to the Sebastian United Methodist Church in Sebastian, FL. She was also a member of the Stroke of Hope Club.
Survivors include her son Charles (Alta) Benjamin of Sebastian, grandson John (Judy) Benjamin of Colorado Springs, CO, Mark (Bernadette) Benjamin of Santa Rita, GU, Bryan Benjamin of Sebastian, granddaughter, Jodi Benjamin of Sebastian, Great grandsons Ronald Lee (Christy) Meredith of Loxahatchee. Fl, Travis and Jason Benjamin of Colorado Springs, Co, Bradley Benjamin of Santa Rita, GU.
She was predeceased by her husband, Orville Benjamin in 1969 and 2 sisters and 2 brothers
A celebration of her life will be on Sat March 3, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Sebastian United Methodist Church, 1029 Main Street, Sebastian, FL
