Ms. Higdon was born September 30, 1928 in Washington, DC.
She was a resident of Sebastian, FL, for 17 years coming from Washington, DC.
Before retiring she worked as a Sales Associate in the Retail industry.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian of Sebastian, and Joe's Club of South Brevard.
She is survived by children, PJ Bonneaux, Sebastian, FL., Kiki Fitzgerald, Miami, FL., Mari Campbell, Abilene, TX.
