James A. D'Alessandro, 71, of Sebastian, FL. passed away November 14, 2019 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.

James was born May 28, 1948 & grew up in New Rochelle, N.Y., before moving to Sebastian, Florida in 1989.  He was preceded in death by his son, James J. D'Alessandro.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, JoEllen (Picone) D'Alessandro, and his sister and brother-in-law, Louise and William Balestrieri.  Also other in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was an Auto Technician for a total of 40 years, working in Greenwich, Ct. as well as Vero Beach, FL.

In his younger days, he was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed many fishing trips to Montauk Long Island, N.Y. with his son and friends.  He also spent many summer vacations with his family in Lake George, N.Y. in the Adirondack Mountains.  He was a sports enthusiast, loving football, and Nascar racing.

Jimmy will be dearly missed by his family, loved ones and friends.
