James B Parrish (Bill) 86, passed away May 26, 2019 at his home in Vero Beach. Bill was born in Cecil, GA.  He has been in Vero Beach for over 50 years.  He worked at Piper Aircraft and the Press Journal. He is survived by his wife, Lula Belle, one son, Steve and three bonus daughters - we were not to call ourselves step -, Debbye, Betsye and Cathye, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his parents, one son, Carl, two brothers and three sisters.
