Janice O Hart "Totsy" went home to heaven on April 15, 2025. She was born on June 10, 1939 in Brooksville, FL to the late Cicero B and Mary Keeling Smith.

She was a retired bank teller for a local bank for over 20 years.

She leaves behind her four children Eddie (Michelle) Hart, Kay Spivey, Rick Hart, and Sarah Pickles. Two brothers, Ervin Smith, and J.R. Smith.
Ten grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday April 26, 2025 at 1:30 and Celebration of life to follow at 2:00 at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian.
