Jean Shiphorst, 88, of Barefoot Bay, passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011 at the Sebastian River Medical Center.
She was a member of the Embroiderers Guild of America.
She was born July 29, 1922 in New York City, NY and was resident of Barefoot Bay since 1983 years coming from Waldwick, NJ.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Harold C. Shiphorst of Barefoot Bay; daughter Diana Ukleja of New Bedford, MA and one grandson, Niklos Ukleja..
She was predeceased by her daughter Lee Ann Shiphorst.
Services will be held privately.
Arrangements are under the direction of Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory, Sebastian, FL.
