Born on October 9, 1934, in Tampa, Florida, Frances lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to her family and friends. She found joy in the simple things -- working in her gardens, spending time by the water, and enjoying social gatherings with friends and loved ones. She had a warm spirit, a caring heart, and a way of making people feel welcome and loved..

She leaves behind a family who loved her dearly: Bruce Fletcher and wife Patricia of Grant, Florida; Cindy Williamson of Currituck, North Carolina; and Mark Fletcher and wife Christine of Barefoot Bay, Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren: Jacob and Mia Fletcher and their 4 children; Randall and Katie Fletcher; Jason and Maegan Willliamson and their 6 children; Tyler Williamson and Logan Willis and their 4 children; Kayla Pritchett and 1 child; and Sean Fletcher and 3 children.
