Obituary

Jack (John) 81, passed away on Thursday, January 26th at the William Childs Hospice House.  He was the husband of Janet Brennan.  They shared 55 years of marriage together.  Born in Torrington, Connecticut, he was the son of John Louis Brennan Sr and Mary Ryan Brennan. He was a veteran and enlisted in the Air Force after high school. Following his service, he attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Insurance Management.  He was employed with The Hartford and worked as a Territorial Property Manager for many years.

He belonged to St Sebastian church, a member of the Sebastian Gym, Barefoot Bay Men's Senior Softball League, Barefoot Bay Irish Club and Barefoot Bay British Club. He enjoyed playing sports and his favorites were Basketball and Softball.  He also enjoyed working out, dancing, fishing, cruising, listening to Irish Music and going to Irish pubs. He will be remembered as a great Dad, loving husband, awesome Pops/Babu, and loyal friend. Jack will be remembered for his quick wit, sarcasm and, especially,  his dance moves.

He is survived by his loving wife Janet, and three children: Kelli, Ryan (Elysia), Jack II (Joan) and 4 Granchildren Ron Kibet, Cole Brennan, Liam Brennan and Jayden Brennan and his Grand dog Ralphie Malloo.  He is also survived by his brother Ed (Chris) who was his favorite Shenanigans partner.  He was predeceased by John Louis Brennan Sr and Mary Ryan Brennan.
