John Buffa, 91, A World War II Veteran, of Sebastian, Florida passed away peacefully on February 28, 2015 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida. He was born to Carmello and Rose Buffa on February 25, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Buffa, son Christopher Buffa, step son Vincent Goulet, and many siblings. He leaves behind his wife Shirlay Stevens- Buffa of Sebastian, Florida, son Carl Buffa, daughter Rose Rhodes, son John Buffa, all from Michigan, and son Ronald (Deanna) Buffa of Sebastian, Florida. Step daughter Linda J Stevens-Edwards (Dennis) from Michigan. 10 grandchildren and 3 great-granchildren. Also Two sisters Blanche and Jenny Buffa both from Michigan. In his younger years he loved golfing in the Summer, and in the Winter months his passion was hockey. He loved entertaining his friends and had a passion for dancing. He will be greatly missed.
