In the mid-1980s, John and his family moved to Vero Beach Florida, where he resided for over 40 years.
John was an avid reader and horseman. As a young boy, he walked the ponies along Exmouth beach and as an adult competed in XC (Hunter trials) and show jumping in Devon, Pennsylvania. He loved all animals as was a supporter of the ASPCA and local rescue shelters. John will be greatly missed by his family.
