J David Hower, 83, of Sebastian FL, formerly of Hinsdale NY, passed away June 7, 2018. He was born in Danville Pennsylvania in 1935 to Wilbur and Margaret Peifer Hower.  He served in the United States Navy until 1957.  Prior to his retirement in 1997, he served as Branch Manager of First Federal Savings Bank in Wellsville, Tonawanda and Hamburg, NY.   Dave enjoyed his bank communities and served as President of both the Olean and Wellsville Rotary Clubs.

He is survived by Kathleen Burke Hower, his wife of 57 years, children Amy (Mark) Lee and John (Lisa) Hower, grandchildren Stephen (Katelyn) Lee, Matthew and Meghan Lee, Jennifer and Ryan Hower and one great grandchild Brynn Lee.

A memorial service will be held at Roseland United Methodist Church, 12962 Roseland Rd, Sebastian FL 32958, on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Roseland United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 157, Roseland, FL 32957.
