John Philp Lange, 90, passed away June 30, 2022 at Sebastian River Medical Center. He was the husband of Maureen Lange. They shared 40 years of marriage together

Born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, he was the son of Rudolf and Leila Lange. He graduated from Oconomowoc High School and after serving in the army at the rank of corporal, during the Korean Conflict, graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. John was employed as an electrical engineer for several major electronics firms such as Oster, Sunbeam, McGraw Edison and Burroughs.

John and Maureen moved to the Sebastian area in 2001 and have many friends in the area. John enjoyed cooking, particularly baking and will be remembered for his friendliness, intelligence and humor.

He is survived by wife Maureen, children Jack Lange, Joy Lange, Kathy Katz (Glenn), Peter Lange (Pawana), Eve Arnett (Mike), Joseph Lange (Gerri), Paul Koss, Jeffrey Lange, Amy Koss, Peter Koss (Melisa), Erin Thompson (Mike). John and Maureen have 22 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a date and time yet to be determined, in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
