Mr. Milligan was born on May 24, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA.
He had been a resident of the Sebastian area for the past 28 years coming from Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Milligan served during WWII in the United States Navy, he was a member of the VFW Post 10210, Moose Lodge and the Fraternal Order of the Orioles Nest 272 all of Sebastian, FL.
He is a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church, Micco, FL.
He is survived by daughters; Margaret Smyth, Sebastian, FL., Kathleen Verdecchia, Sebastian, FL., sons; Jim Milligan, Micco, FL., Joseph Milligan, Belhaven, NC., Brother; Charles Milligan, Palmyra, NJ., sisters; Catherine Barrett, Hainesport, NJ., Anne Schwartz, Cinnaminson, NJ., 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Micco, FL.
