Joyce Elizabeth Massei, 79, of Barefoot Bay, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2011, at Sebastian River Medical Center. She was born February 17, 1932, in Trenton NJ, and moved to Sebastian from Trenton many years ago. Joyce was president of the Hibernian Club of Barefoot Bay. She is survived by her caretakers Richard and Kimberly Lamonica of Sebastian, FL.
