Julie Ann Sumner Blosmore, 68 of Vero Beach, Florida, formerly of Wisconsin passed away September 4, 2020.

Born September 20, 1951 at Wisconsin Rapids, WI, she was a daughter of the late John & Doris Mislove Sumner.

Julie was a United States Army Veteran, having served as a medic in the Women's Auxiliary Corps.

After her stint in the army, she was a Code Enforcement Officer in Wisconsin before retiring to Florida.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, John Sumner.

Julie is survived by her children, Rebecca Sumner, and Joey Dobbs (Jennifer); brothers, Michael Sumner & Al Sumner; grandchildren, Julianna, JoJo, Racheal, Rhianna, Raina & JuJu; special friend & caregiver, Melonie Smart; and many other loving family and friends.

Services are to be private with Interment in Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
