KENNETH H. FAIRCHILD
Kenneth H. Fairchild, 78, of Sebastian, FL, passed away at Sebastian River Medical Center on Friday October 3, 2014. He was born September 25, 1936 in Danbury CT and had been a resident of Sebastian for 29 years after moving from Pompano Beach, FL.
Mr. Fairchild was a Veteran of the Korean War serving with the United States Air Force. Prior to retirement he was employed as a Maintenance Technician for Tarmac Cement Company in Pompano Beach for over 30 years.
One of his favorite past times was fishing. He spent his summers enjoying time with his family and friends at Pleasant Lake in Carthage, NY.
Ken is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sheila M. Fairchild, three daughters, Kathy Green, Regina (Rick) Hodges and Lori Miller, and one son, David McNichols. Also, six grandchildren; Shea and Scott Allen, Riley and Tess Hodges and Taylor and Heather Miller.
No local Services are planned; his family will have private services at Pleasant Lake, Carthage, NY, at a later date.
