Kevin R. Picard, 47, of Sebastian, FL passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at The Sebastian River Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband and best friend to the love of his life Patricia (Deske) Picard of Sebastian, FL for 24 years. Kevin was born on February 20, 1972 in Southbridge, Massachusetts, and lived in Manchester and Enfield CT until relocating to Sebastian, FL 6 years ago.  He was the son of Susan (Riley) Picard of Naugatuck, CT.,and the late Donald R. Picard. Kevin was self employed and the owner operator of his landscaping business, Kevin also did floor covering installation and worked at Windsor Locks Oil as an oil burner technician . He loved working on boats and doing jet ski repairs. He had many talents and could accomplish anything. He received much joy spending time on his boat and doing what he loved such as fishing and spending time with his family and friends going out on the boat spotting dolphins and sea turtles. He was a big fan of the New York Giants. Opening season of football gave him much joy. Kevin is survived by his beautiful and loving children, his son Andrew Picard of Jacksonville, Fl., daughter Victoria Picard of Sebastian, FL., son Matthew Picard and his girlfriend Kathleen Stead of Sebastian, FL., Kevin could not be prouder of his children.  His face would light up when he spoke of them.  He also leaves three sisters, Jodie Blake of Fort Lauderdale, FL., Diana Brassell of Hamden, CT., JoAnn Coscia of Aurora, Colorado, two brothers Ronald Brassell of Hamden CT., and Donald Picard, and his wife Mandy of Manchester, CT., his mother and father-in-law Ronald and Virginia Deske of The Villages, FL., two brother-in laws Steve Deske of Lady Lake, FL., and his wife Jamie, Paul Deske of Enfield, CT., he also leaves a niece, aunts, uncles, extended family members and many friends.  A church service will be held at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 13075 US 1 Sebastian FL 32958 on July 29, 2019 @ 11:00 AM. With a Celebration of Life at his home.
